This 6-day training course thoroughly prepares you for the role of Data Protection Officer (DPO).
You’ll gain a clear overview of data protection legislation (GDPR).
We cover practical topics such as purpose limitation, data subjects’ rights, data processing agreements, lawfulness, cryptography, security policies, and real-world case studies from various business processes.
The first 2 days of this training course are a deep dive into the legal framework. Not a lawyer? No problem—we’ll prepare you with our introductory videos and explain everything clearly, step by step.
The following days focus on practical application. After the exam, on day 6, we’ll explore the latest trends and insights in data protection.

Practical and applicable training
Theory and practice are combined through realistic case studies such as human resources management and direct marketing.
You will learn techniques to professionally fulfill your role as a DPO. You will be taught by various instructors, each an expert in their field. Every instructor has over 10 years of experience and the teaching skills necessary to convey this material effectively.
The first 5 days conclude with a certification exam. If you pass, you will receive your certificate immediately on day 6.

For consultants and in-house staff who wish to gain a deeper understanding of the GDPR or take on the role of DPO. This course is attended by individuals with technical or legal backgrounds, as well as those from other fields with sufficient business experience. This diversity makes the course highly engaging. No prerequisites necessary.
At the start of the training, participants will be asked to sign an informed consent document. This document includes a mutual agreement that any information shared by the participants in the form of a question or case will be treated as strictly confidential. In other words, the information remains within the group.
