NIS2 legislation is an important step in strengthening cyber resilience across Europe. Organisations that fall within the scope of NIS2 need to understand which obligations apply to them, but also how to translate those obligations into policies, procedures and technical and organisational measures.
In this 2-day training, you learn how to implement Belgian NIS2 legislation in practice within your organisation. You gain a clear overview of the legal framework, the Belgian transposition law and the related obligations around risk management, incident reporting, security measures, conformity assessment, supervision and cooperation with competent authorities.
You also work with the CyberFundamentals Framework, or Chttps://cyfun.eu/nlyFun. This framework helps you translate legal requirements into concrete cybersecurity measures and a practical action plan for your organisation.
This training combines legal insight with technical and organisational application. As a result, you not only understand what NIS2 requires, but also how to take concrete action.
This training is delivered in collaboration with the Data Protection institute.
