Registration for training

You can easily register through our website. 
Simply click on the training you are interested in and choose below which edition you wish to attend.
You will be directed to the registration form where you can register yourself and/or your colleague(s).
After registration, you will receive a confirmation and an invoice by e-mail.
Online payment is not required. 

You will receive an e-mail the day before the training with practical details such as the program and directions.
Each invoice (for a training course or for a membership) can be paid using the 'kmo-portefeuille'.
Our accreditation number for the 'kmo-portefeuille' is DV.O100092.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail shortly after you have completed and forwarded the registration form.
This confirmation e-mail finalises your registration: from then on we will save you a place.

The price of the training and/or the membership is mentioned in the brochure and on the web page (price excluding 21 % VAT).
This price also includes any costs for catering and documentation, unless stated otherwise.
Following your registration you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with practical information such as the location and relevant terms of use. The invoice will be sent afterwards.
It must be paid before the start of the training or before the start of the use of your membership on our bank account number ING BE19 3630 4947 6912.
Make sure to mention the structured communication. This ensures a correct processing of your payment.

Are you using the 'kmo-portefeuille' or other training subsidies?
You will find an overview and more information here.
Due to regulations, on demand webinars cannot be purchased using the 'kmo-portefeuille'.

For open courses (face-to-face, virtual classroom, live webinar), you can cancel or reschedule a registration free of charge up to two weeks prior to the start date. 
If you cancel later than this, however, we have to charge you the full amount. 

On-demand courses (e.g. on-demand webinar, online learning journeys) cannot be cancelled as access to these courses is relatively immediate and automatic.

A personal subscription or individual training course formula (e.g. Webinar Unlimited, etc.) can be cancelled free of charge up to 15 calendar days after purchase provided that it has not yet been used.

In order to cancel, please send an e-mail to [email protected] giving the following details:

• Subscription number/course name 
• Participant’s surname and first name
• Reason for cancellation

You do not want to cancel, but would like to have someone else take the course in your place? In many cases, that is possible!

Yes. We understand that last-minute changes to your diary may mean that you are unable to attend a scheduled training course. In that case, a colleague can take your place.

However, please notify us of this in writing via [email protected].

There are a few exceptions: 

• Training formulas such as a Webinar Unlimited membership are strictly personal and cannot be used by other people.
• On-demand courses such as Webinars and online learning journeys: purchase is personal and cannot be cancelled or passed on to a colleague or another person.
