Software testing is essential in every modern development environment. Whether you work in a sequential model, an Agile team or a DevOps context, effective testing helps reduce risk, improve quality and deliver more reliable software.
In this 3-day ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level training, you gain a solid introduction to information systems testing. The course is based on the ISTQB CTFL 4.0 syllabus and prepares you for the ISTQB® Foundation v4.0 exam.
You learn why testing matters, how testing relates to system development and which activities, techniques and roles are important in a testing process. The course covers both black box testing techniques and an introduction to white box testing techniques.
There is also additional focus on testing in modern development environments, including test driven development, continuous integration, whole team approach and shift left. This means you not only gain the theoretical foundation needed for the exam, but also understand how testing is organised in today’s software delivery contexts.
The course combines theory with interaction and mock exams. This helps you process the content step by step and prepare thoroughly for the official exam.
This training is organised by Polteq.
